Our policy for defective items and return procedures

Important Return Policy

We replace factory-defective items but do not offer cash refunds. We cannot accept returns simply because you don't like an item. Please read our full policy below.

Defective Items

What We Replace

  • Warped vinyl records that affect playback
  • CDs or cassettes that skip or won't play
  • Damaged packaging that affects the product
  • Items that arrived broken or damaged in shipping
  • Wrong items sent by mistake

What We Don't Accept

  • × Items you simply don't like or want
  • × Digital downloads (once accessed)
  • × Items damaged by customer misuse
  • × Normal wear or minor surface noise on vinyl
  • × Changed mind or impulse purchases

How to Report a Defective Item

Email Us with Details

If you receive a factory-defective item, please email us with specific details about the defect. The more information you provide, the faster we can resolve the issue.

Include in Your Email:

  • Your order number
  • Item name and format (vinyl, CD, etc.)
  • Detailed description of the defect
  • Photos if the damage is visible

What Happens Next:

  • 1. We review your report within 24 hours
  • 2. We send replacement instructions
  • 3. You receive a prepaid return label
  • 4. We ship your replacement at no cost

Digital Downloads

No Returns on Digital Media

Digital downloads cannot be returned once accessed. However, if you experience technical issues with downloading or corrupted files, we'll gladly help resolve the problem.

Vinyl Records

What's Normal vs. What's Defective

Normal (Not Returnable):

  • • Minor surface noise during quiet passages
  • • Slight variations in pressing quality
  • • Small cosmetic marks that don't affect playback
  • • Normal groove wear sounds

Defective (Returnable):

  • • Significant warping that affects tracking
  • • Skipping or repeating grooves
  • • Deep scratches causing audible distortion
  • • Off-center pressing causing wow/flutter
