What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, as well as personal checks and money orders. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. You will not be charged for any items that cannot be shipped.
Will I receive order confirmation?
Yes! You'll receive an immediate email confirmation when you place your order. Important: This confirmation is not a charge or guarantee that items will ship. If you don't see a confirmation email, please check your spam folder.
How often is your catalog updated?
Our catalog is updated daily with new releases, restocks, and pricing changes to ensure you always have access to the latest available music.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, we begin processing for shipment. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

Pre-Orders & Stock

How do pre-orders work?
Pre-orders typically ship the week before the official street date. You'll be charged when the item ships, not when you place the pre-order.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
We'll ship available items from your order and refund the difference for out-of-stock items. We don't maintain a traditional backorder system, so we recommend signing up for our weekly new release email to stay informed about restocks.

Digital Downloads

What quality are your digital files?
All MP3 downloads are encoded at 320 kbps for high-quality audio. Some releases may also include FLAC or other lossless formats.
How do I access my digital downloads?
Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase in your account. You'll also receive download links via email. Download links remain active indefinitely.
Can I share digital files?
No. By purchasing digital media, you agree not to redistribute or share the files. Digital downloads are for personal use only and help support the artists directly.

Returns & Defective Items

What is your return policy?
We replace factory-defective items but do not offer cash refunds. We cannot accept returns simply because you don't like an item. Digital downloads cannot be returned once accessed.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If you receive a factory-defective item, please email us with details about the defect. We take great care in packaging, and we'll work with you to resolve any issues with damaged items.
